is a web-based ticketing application that captures, tracks
and manages defect and change requests. RelX Ticket Tracker
application can sort the tickets by project, developer, or
group of developers the ticket has been assigned. The system
can immediately give the end-user feedback as to who will
be handling the issue and approximately how long the resolution
process will take.
Ticket Tracking works on many
platforms including: Windows, UNIX, and Linux. Registered
Users are assigned access privileges at either the system
level or at an object level. Unregistered users can access
the system to enter tickets. A customizable workflow engine
enable you design a process lifecycle for expected situations.
Ticket Tracker has the ability for a user to attach an unlimited
number of large files to each ticket.
Being able to quickly pass information
from any other system in to Ticket Tracking allows users to
easily transfer information, eliminating the need to check
emails for attachments. An automatic notification process
