  • 實驗室潔淨空調係統的安裝應該注意什麽?

    1.空調係統劃分:潔淨空調係統更主要的作用就是消除熱濕幹擾及塵埃汙染,以便保持實驗室內的空氣品質。目前,潔淨空調係統主要分為集中式、分散式、半集中式這3類。

    2.潔淨室壓差控製:由於實驗室內的潔淨室與其他房間要維持穩定的壓差,所以在實驗室潔淨空調係統設要遵守2條規範標準。

    3.新風量計算:想要準確計算量計算必須有3個參數,第1個是補償室內排風量和保持室內正壓所需新風量之和,第2個是室內每人新風量不應小於40m?/h,第3個是新風量取保持正壓所需新風量與補償室內排風量之和。

    4.送風量計算:需要按照換氣次數來計算,且潔淨室的潔淨度等級不同,換氣次數也不同。具體來說,萬級、10萬級、100萬級潔淨室的換氣次數分別為25h-1、15h-1、10h-1。此外,計算時可以選幾個熱濕負荷較大的房間,根據熱濕負荷數值來計算房間送風量。

    5.空調方案確定:所謂空調方案,主指氣流組織選擇,且有技術要求、送風與回風指標這2個參數。參數由實驗室使用者提供,按生物製品生產潔淨要求設計。

    6.空調機組設計選型:首先來看機組內部,其內部要光潔,且易於清潔,內部表麵與內部零件材料要耐腐蝕。其次來看表冷器冷凝水排出口,此設備應具備自動防倒吸功能。此外,壓差計用於機組內各級空氣過濾器前後,並做好箱體密封。
